I have to say it was delicious!

I give it 3 stars because the ambience was very nice and the waitress was very good and friendly. The wine was fine too. Now I come to the criticism: the food in this establishment was bland, badly seasoned and had nothing to do with good cuisine. Also, this place is outrageously expensive and while they are that expensive you can expect decent food. Not with me again.

So good service looks different. Janssen experience. We were hoping for the restaurant, which looks very attractive from the outside, and the food and service are good. Unfortunately it was different after we sat at the table for 20 minutes without ordering drinks, although the waitress walked past us and the restaurant was not full. Then a 2 waitress took pity on taking our order, unfortunately she only gave us the menu and disappeared again. After another 15 minutes she finally reappeared. When I asked, I was reluctant to get the drinks menu. After we had selected drinks, no one came repeatedly to take the order. We justified our decision to leave. Probably you would have had to wave in front of the waitress with 200 euro bills to be served. I am very dehumanized about this restaurant

The dishes are exceptional but tasty. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside with a view of the Chemnitz.

Again and again interesting and well-seasoned dishes that are wonderful to enjoy on the terrace on the Chemnitz. The price-performance ratio is great.

We were there on Saturday at 6pm and a reservation is highly recommended. In the warm season you can sit outside on the Chemnitz and the distances between the tables are well maintained. We had carpaccio and spaghetti with chilli and fried shrimp. Prepared in a very modern way and served al dente plus on request. The service was perfect and attentive; no long waiting times. I can only recommend it.

The chairs are very comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is very reasonable. There you certainly don't get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can, the food wasn't the only thing that astonishes this inn! I really like trying new restaurants and I am tirelessly looking for new places to eat, but I will remain devoted to this restaurant. The correctness of the staff is truly impressive. This restaurant has de facto potential to be my next regular restaurant.

Due to our visit today I would like to increase from 2 to 4 stars because our dinner was really nice. The service was excellent, very friendly, attentive and pleasant. The starters and main courses were very good in taste. The flesh pink - to the point. After this positive experience we would love to come back! --- I had bad luck this afternoon. I wouldn't call myself a fussy eater, but my gnocchi weren't really good today ... maybe the cook was particularly in love today, but for the price (which I'm willing to pay), I expect something different. Our waitress was not in a very good mood either. All in all a shame, I had only heard good things so far. To not only leave negatives: the food was very nice and the atmosphere outside by the river is wonderful.

This is a restaurant. Here they take plants, fruits and animals and turn them into delicious things to eat. I didn't eat any animals (what?! I'm not some kind of monster), but the plants they heat in different ways to make them taste better are incredible. TLDR: Go here if you eat food.

A nice enjoyable meal. I had the garganelli with salami which was nice and filling. I would come back again.

The waiters are very professional and friendly. The food is very tasty and not very expensive.

The Jansen is a nice restaurant with quality food and friendly staff. The vegan and vegetarian meals are marked in the menu wich is nice. The restroom has been clean when I wenn there with my family. The only downside is the price of the food and service as you will end up easily paying 100 Euro for a dinner with 4 people (for a salad, main dish and 1 drink for everyone). Nice place to visit to celebrate special occasions but too expensive for a casual but quality meal.
